Sponsorship Packages

East Newton R-VI School District invites businesses, families, alumni and community partners to help create a first-class softball facility for current and future generations of Patriots. This project represents more than a new field. It is an investment in student opportunities, school pride, athletic excellence, and the continued growth of our community.

Sponsorship packages are available for prominent areas of the facility, including the turf, lighting, fencing, backstops, home run wall, press box, dugouts, scoreboard and bleachers. Depending on the selected level, sponsors will receive long-term recognition through facility signage, field placement, and recognition at the main entrance. Most packages provide recognition for ten years, while scoreboard sponsorships provide recognition for five years.

By becoming a project sponsor, your organization will help provide East Newton student-athletes with a safe, high-quality place to compete while demonstrating a lasting commitment to our schools and community.

  • Legacy Level ($150,000 - Three Available)

    • Business Name and Logo on First Base Line Turf OR Third Base Line Turf OR Lighting (2x3 Sign) for 10 Years as Sponsor
    • Name and Logo Recognition on 5x7 Facility Sign at Entry

  • MVP Level ($50,000 - Four Available)

    • Business Name and Logo on Base Line Fencing (2x3 Sign) OR Softball Backstop (2x3 Sign) OR Baseball Backstop (2x3 Sign) OR Home Run Wall (3x5 Sign) for 10 Years as Sponsor
    • Name and Logo Recognition on 5x7 Facility Sign at Entry

  • All Star Level ($25,000 - One Available)

    • Business Name and Logo on Press Box for 10 Years as Sponsor (3x5 Sign)

  • Championship Level ($15,000 - Two Available)

    • Business Name and Logo on 1st Base Dugout (2x3 Sign) OR 3rd Base Dugout (2x3 Sign) for 10 years as Sponsor
    • Name and Logo Recognition on 5x7 Facility Sign at Entry

  • Grand Slam Level ($10,000 - Four Available)

    • Business Name and Logo on Scoreboard Panel for Five Years (Sizing TBD)

  • All-Star Level ($5,000 - One Available)

    • Business Name and Logo on Bleachers (2x3 Sign) for 10 Years as Sponsor
