At the East Newton School District, we believe every student deserves access to nutritious, delicious meals that help them learn, grow and thrive. Our dedicated staff proudly serves more than 1,200 students each day by providing high-quality breakfasts and lunches.
All families, regardless of income, should complete the Free/Reduced Meal Application annually in SchoolCafe.The application is available as an online form, or families can request a paper form from their school secretary or cafeteria manager. It is vital that ALL families complete the form, even if they did not qualify in previous years, as district budgets are dependent upon accurate data gathered from the Free/Reduced Meal Application.

To file a program discrimination complaint, a Complainant should complete a Form AD-3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form which can be obtained from any USDA office, by calling (866) 632-9992, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
