Dear Granby Families,
I look forward to starting a new school year in the East Newton school district. I am excited to build relationships with the teachers, students and families who proudly wear the red, white and blue. As I have transitioned to this district I have only heard great things about the PEOPLE. There are many challenges faced by school districts across our region. However, if the people are great, those challenges are worth overcoming together.

Spent the last 13 years teaching and coaching in the Mt. Vernon School District
Wife, Julia, is a Nurse Practitioner at Cox Monett
9 year old son, Harrison
7 year old daughter, Parker
Summer travel includes stops in Kenya, Africa (Sports Camp) and Paris, France (Summer Olympic Games)

Please take some time in the next nine months to introduce yourself and share with me some of the reasons why you love East Newton. I am excited to observe the wonderful things happening in this district. We have some other brand new staff, in addition to myself, joining Granby Middle School.
